Analysis

Whenever we develop a device or product, part of the design process is to evaluate for stress, thermal properties, and/or for vibration.  If the task is to reverse engineer or to document a design we have the skills to evaluate the item and offer recommendations for improvement.

   The picture above is of an air actuated clamp.  An FEM analysis was done to determine the amount of deflection that could be tolerated.
